As a single series, series 1, hands down, best show I've ever seen.

Series 2 would have been perfect under any other name, but had to much to live up to under the "true detective" banner IMO.

Series 2 would have been perfect under any other name, but had to much to live up to under the "true detective" banner IMO."

It should probably be mentioned,for those that don't know, that each season is a stand alone story so you don't have to commit to all the series.

Season one was outstanding. Season 2 was not only a let down because it bore no resembles to the style or tone of the first but wasn't particularly good it it's own right.

Season 3 was generally felt to be better than 2 but still not a patch on the original.

It went so stupid I followed it from season one, it was very rushed in the last season just a little disappointing for me but still good.

Would you stay loyal or flip or believe in the cause after living with the enemy for so long

If your kids have grown up American and you're killing for Russia how would you feel etc

And how fucking stressed would you be with kids, a 9 to 5 and a bit of extra curricular assassination and espionage thrown in every other week
