Am thinking of heading to dublins fair city for a wee day out maybe next week is everything back to normal are all the coffee shops etc open what about places for lunch do you have to pre book lol

Cafes should be ok for walk in business but restaurants and pubs would be hit and mostly miss without booking ahead.
