I get it across the border in a pharmacy in newry. No prescription or doctor required. Too long of a drive for you though. Do you use amazon

Viagra only works for a few hours, cialis works the same way but for like 24 hours or more.

Just go to your doctor OP if you want /need it. If you dont then dont waste your time and money. It just makes your cock hard when stimulated, if you dont have ED then it doesnt add anything to the experience.
