As much as I absolutely love my social life and the craic in a pub, I'm gonna leave the Guinea pigs go first.. The time limit is a joke and you'd be rushing everything.

I don’t see any queues especially in the smaller towns opening on a Monday maybe by Thursday and the weekend the pressure might be on ..

In smaller towns it's unlikely restaurants will open every day initially. Certainly in our local town they're planning to remain closed Mondays and Tuesdays for the foreseeable future.

on the hill NordWest of

I've no desire to go to the restaurant. Price and quality are often miles apart. Got a new Indian cooking book and re-discovered my Chinese one during the lockdown. There's a lot of yum coming out of my kitchen.

But I will go for a pint in a beer garden when the summer comes back...

From a couple of different friends in 3 different pubs

No appointments made in any of them just walked up to the door and allowed in.

No food required in 2 of them and stay till closing at 9.30 no problem

I'm hearing similar stories. From what I heard the cops have no power in policing it, So they're not going to. I'd love a pint an all but I think I'll wait a few weeks it could get messy

I now know how much money I wasted in pubs and restaurants. Far better of cooking for yourself.

From what I'm hearing some pubs are unfortunately a little bit too lively this evening
