At the bottom of advanced Search there's an option to hide those who have blocked single men

Yes I have that ticked,

It's not the block it's when it's on their profiles so its open after open n seeing the same thing

An angry wow never did one of them I'd be afraid of bouncing myself off the wall or something n knocking myself out

Or maybe these profiles just need to update what they are looking for in their preferences.

That way when you do your search they won't show up. It's poor profile setting up on their behalf.

The search facility is pretty shit to be honest, should, at a bare minimum, be able to filter by height, body type, sexuality etc..

We’re not looking for single males and it’s on our profile, but we have single males as friends so don’t block single males.

We're tall, we prefer to meet tall guys, is it too much to ask to filter out guys we're clearly not going to be interested in?

Is it just me or am I missing something. If a profile does not select single guys as what they are looking for and the OP in his search selects people that are looking for "single males". Those that don't want to meet single guys won't show up in the search?
