I don't think this is a kink about the risk of getting pregnant... I think it's when they get off on the idea of actually producing a baby. I was always thought breeding was about procreation and getting pregnant, some sort of animalistic desire... and that risking getting pregnant was more just the kick of maybe getting pregnant but not wanting it. Like people cheating and maybe getting caught or playing in public and maybe being seen.

But obviously pregnancy being a life changing thing so it cant be done without knowing the reality of the risk involved.
