What's your opinion on a outdoors social meet up keeping the 2m distance ...maybe a hill walk or beach meet as a group...

Don’t see an issue as long as people are doing their best to follow guidelines

Don't see why not as we are in for a long haul with the social distancing. I'd have no problem going for a social distancing coffee and walk

I’m better at sea level than up and down hills

I had a socially distant walk in the woods with a Fab friend last week. It was great to talk to someone that wasn't a family member!

We all have to adapt - so why not grabbing a takeaway coffee and going for a walk.

At least you wouldn’t have people eat Wigan of your conservation in a cafe.

Sounds like a great idea to me. I don't know why it hasn't been suggested before. I'd prefer to do a social walk on any meet rather that coffee or drink kinda meet. Fresh air is always better...imho

A walk on a beach even in this weather would be amazing ....wrap up warm first and it would be grand

I normally go for a walk once a week anyway...its a great way to clear the mind.

Not a fan of forest walks

I had one of my best social meets on a beach. Was pretty great. Have also had a great social in a quiet hotel lobby.

Definitely think the quiet helps so a social outdoors is definitely a great idea in my view. Just a walk and a chat.

Yeah I’d like a social walk, but be warned, I may want to watch you walking away to your car again, just to see the rear view

I always walk in front on my socially distant walk so I can drop my car keys

I’ve met a few people for walks since March, a walk and a coffee and a chat. In the early days there was nobody around and would have been perfect for fun, if my appendage was 2m long, but I have to say, it’s nicer than sitting in a noisy cafe/pub and I found the conversation flowed.

A lot more people out and about now though.

Happy Friday everyone
