Now that some of the lockdown restrictions have been lifted are you wanting to start going out again but are afraid im finding that the body is willing but the mind is still too scared any advice

go out for a walk & chat...meet with vanilla friends 1st...get comfortable being out & about before trying a Fab meet

I just mean meeting up with friends etc obviously i know where i have been but how do you know about your friends they could be meeting with any tom dick or harry 3 of my neighbours in there houses at the weekend for parties i did manage to meet up wit one of my sisters and my nephew last week and she could see how uncomfortable i was and i couldnt wait to get back home to the safety of my house

Happy with social distance garden meets at the minute. Managed to see family at the weekend, which is great just for the mental health

I am thinking theres a bit of anxiety going on there classy, take a moment to see whats going on around u less than 2% of the population has contacted covid, your going to meet others outside in fresh air theres less of a chance of contacting covid outside once social distance is adhered to, if it helps wear a mask and dont be afraid to ask for a basin of hot water to wash ur hands on arrival and when u are leaving, when walking to ur sisters/friends be aware of surroundings take a little extra time to walk there and back it will let u see we all have similar anxiety it just be a matter of getting used to it

Guess the golden rule is still 2 metres. But will be a time when each of us have to decide where the breakaway point is and take those steps closer to family and friends, and when the time comes new friends.. Indeed we have less chance of getting covid_19 in the open air, so is it a way forward..

This is the problem though.

The person who you are meeting could have been to a supermarket yesterday and used a trolley.

It stays on steel for ages. Yes, they are meant to be disinfected every night. Ever tried spraying/cleaning every mm of a bbq grill? Then imagine how much is missed on a supermarket trolley!

Chances are, if it's there, not clear.

Too risky.

Until there's a vaccine, be wary and take all possible precautions, cleansing, distancing, etc.
