Ya can bake the biscuit base ,i did the first time i ever made a cheesecake but i dont bake it anymore i put into the fridge have to say i make a mean cheesecake now

There's different type of cheesecakes and obviously various recipes that go with it.

My mum makes one of those baked cheesecakes, a recipe handed down by my granny. Her cake is a huge success on every party and everyone loves it.

It’s impossible to make a BAKED CHEESECAKE with out baking it so I’m guessing that they are indeed very very sane in a fucked is crazy world.

One version has eggs the other doesn't so unless you wanna eat raw eggs that's why it's baked. Newyork baked cheesecake is quite nice

I thought you just melded butter and mixed it with your bashed up digestive biscuit base and it went in the fridge

Love the lemon ones or my local restaurant does a Terry's chocolate orange one which is gorgeous

Has anyone ever seen a lime one in a shop ...would love to try that if its available
