I was over in Glasgow for a naturist swim in The Arlington swimming pool in January

I was told the weather in scotland is not great for nude sunbathing on the beach

Absolutely red raw so I am today! Best thing for it is Big Tomatoes rub them in and leave it for 15/20 mins then have a luke warm shower it takes the sting out of it.. Handy trick I picked up when living in spain for a couple of months

Top of my head (shaved) and neck are roasted after today. 5 hours in the sun and shade putting decorative stones down.

Aloe vera gel is helping though!

It's a nightmare trying to get it off the car, unless you clean it straight away it ain't coming off.
