Ok so i try to be as nice as i can and not use the block button to often. It is so frustrating that people just dont get it when the word NO is used. Anyone want to add an experiences,ok vent over lol

Its a fair point... i know i can annoy lots of people if they take things a little to serious here. Im just having a giggle and seeing who is chatting on my wavelength. However no does always mean no, and i try my best to remember someones preference. Lets face it, they not going to suddenly change their minds because i gone “awwwwe gowan gowan gowan gowan gowan”

Oh and NO is much better than a deleted message for letting someone know for sure...

hell you might have mass deleted in error for all i know

I'm assuming in your case op that it's couples and single ladies who are frustrating you?

I very rarely get messages on here so I don't have to worry about the word no.

I've had to use it in the past when chatting to couples who send a list of play instructions long before we've even reached the point of arranging a social.

That tells me they haven't taken the time to read my profile so it's an instant no thank you.

It can cum across stand offish but if your not interested your not interested .

I did but i actually like the person and wouldn't mind playing only for this behaviour. I end up unblocking then and he stops annoying for some time lol. It's a vicious circle i think it will just stay blocked now,i am to forgiving especially if i like person in others ways

The easiest solution is use mail filters to block everyone from mailing you and mail only those that you want to me.

Some people think they can wear you down if they keep messaging. It doesn't work. If someone keeps messaging after I've said no especially if I have has to say it a few times they get blocked.

Definitely No mean NO OP , I prefer a no or to say no rather than block, and yes people do mass/bulk delete, usually if they didn't reply I won't message again. I take it as not interested and leave it at that. Some people you have to block though if they are being rude or nasty.

Oh yes i did a little bit but he is stubborn aswell. Anyway not just him in general it's the acceptance and tolerance for it . I just keep working on this. How's the baking going honky ?

Yes Bo this is what i mean aswell , i give so many chances then i get annoyed and it's not worthed the headspace so block button . But i wish i didn't have to block at all.

Baking is going grand but tbh I'm sorta getting bored of it now lol but I baked a good few things now all went fairly well apart from one thing but it's tricky to get right anyway

Carrot cake

Apple crumble

Gypsy tart(went horribly wrong)

Swiss roll

Gingerbread

Might move on to cooked meals see what I can put together

Never truer words were spoken. Block and keep them blocked. Don’t be giving someone false hope for a little ego boost. It’s not really fair on them. If you were going to meet them, you would have by now.

This is so so true. Some people mistake us as unpaid sex worker's as we are on this site. So they are baffled when we say no. I politely said not interested recently and they replied that they were probably better off as I must be riddled with everything going being on this site.

Applies to all sexes of course FN . Doesn't matter the gender, as is here, dating sites, FB ,some people have a huge sense of entitlement behind a screen. And think its OK to handle a polite rejection with being a complete arse. As you say they genuinely believe they deserve a yes every time. Happens on every form of Social Media.

Not putting down others unless others are entitled ball sacks then yes maybe I am.
