Would consider it, depending on who is offering, and with social distancing of course. Could be a good appetite whetter for a later meet

Bear in mind we're not in any hurry and would rather meet one couple or single that we click with than ten that we don't

I've been already at a friend's house, not for a meet but for a beer also had the neighbour in for a tea.

Short period is defined as 15 to 20 minutes. Further we're allowed to travel 20km. If you ask me it's getting ridiculous. I rather have compulsory face mask wearing, avoid crowds and stick to 2m distance than this km and short period nonsense.

Yep , I definitely would . If they and you don't have any symptoms then you should be fine Imo .

I think we are over the worst and be extra careful with rolling back restrictions , which I agree with btw

People have been going to other people’s houses for weeks. There’s even people on here who have met other people since Mid March. The UK were too late in introducing a lockdown. I think the way we are going with phased opening is the way to go. Just my opinion. When pubs reopen, some people will go crazy just to have a pint. September and October will be telling months if numbers go up and hopefully we don’t end up having to go into another lockdown.

I've followed all the guidelines since the start,I'm monitored daily in work and have been tested. I'm not a risk to anyone and will be meeting someone in basically the same circumstances.

Anyone getting within 2m of me or my family, before September, providing infection numbers continue decreasing, will find themselves in trouble.

So many seem prepared to throw caution to the wind and not realise that, if we get a second wave, it could be an even more restrictive lockdown
