Sleep has been escaping me almost every night and day unfortunately. Even tried listening to the iliad but it turns out I enjoy it haha

Yes. I love them. There's a few great guided meditations on YouTube too.

Sadly its not a simple fix for me. I will fall asleep eventually. I'm just taking the time to enjoy some audiobooks until it passes.
