Given the increase in free time many of us have due to quarantine, let's share recipes try cooking

My contribution is a bit simple, and may give away why I'm asking for better ideas :p

Whip three eggs in a mug, add some water and microwave for 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds.

Grate in some cheese, cheddar works well, mix until cheese melts, and place on toasted soda bread.

Drizzle with honey and add chopped red onion and tomato to taste.

Please send help, in the form of better recipes
