Not too late to start after this. I only started last year. Absolutely delighted I did. Class age varies from 20 to 60. Definitely worth the effort

I'd certainly have studied more and have more confidence in my own abilities. I pissed away most of my twenties and career goals were never a thought - just live for the day! I didn't know what proper sex was like until my forties so I suppose that's a huge positive thing going forward!
