Not really, I face timed a French friend of mine and he talked me threw it. It's great cos ya don't need an oven. Seperating the egg yoke and whisking the egg white was probably the hardest part.

It just seems a complicated dessert.. There is a fine line with the coffee flavour I'd hate to overpower it.. I think I might need a private lesson

"Not really, I face timed a French friend of mine and he talked me threw it. It's great cos ya don't need an oven. Seperating the egg yoke and whisking the egg white was probably the hardest part."

A little tip if I may. Crack the egg open and put in a cup or bowl and use an empty bottle upside down, give a squeeze and place over the yoke and let the bottle out slowly and it sucks up the yoke and then put it wherever you want. When I separated, I was eating out of the chipper seven nights a week. Learnt to cook by trail and error mostly. I love cooking now and sorry I didn’t do it at a younger age. Tonight I made roast chicken and roast spuds and three veg. On my own so I have dinner for tomorrow night now as well. Another little tip for great roast potatoes. Put them in a pot of cold water and bring to the boil. Put them in a colander and shake them a bit to rough the outside, place in an oiled tray and bang int he oven for and hour and fifteen minutes, covering them in hot oil every half hour. Absolutely delicious. Or a beautiful cooked ham, bring to the boil twice, drain and place on a dish, cover one side in English mustard and then brown sugar and a little over an hour in the oven. To die for.

Did you try vegan desserts/ cakes? They have everything you need once you replace sugar with dates or bananas.

Its not only about calories, its mostly what your body needs.

Keto diet offers loads of desserts with really low carbs.

Natural organic fat is our friend not sugar

Tiramisu is easy to make but for someone who loves it.

Ive started baking and cooking when was just 5 years old. I moderate my great granny recipes to adopt it for vegans, vegetarians or people on keto diet. It is time consuming but worthwhile to experiment when you see a big smile on people's faces
