How many couples pretend to be their spouse on here?

I've seen some odd comments from one spouse backtracking on an earlier post by their spouse within less than 5 mins, a post that didnt get a good reaction.

Who would actually like to admit they've done it? even for a stupid or silly reason? I dont mean just on the forums, that just made me curious about the whole topic in general.

South Side.

Id find it a bit schizoid to pretend to be a woman on here, and then switching back to being me.. Hey, is that a fetish? Id end up more confused than the reader.

MrD used to do it. He would write as if it was me, especially with single women. I noticed he was doing it and I asked him to stop for several reasons. He did.

If I dont chat with someone, I am not interested. So him chatting 'on my behalf' would bug me.

We dont make any claim as to who is responding. It's a good principle as we also like to be addressed as a couple. If we want to be clear who is responding then we will sign it off.

Does that mean that when you share an opinion on a thread, you both have the same opinion? Just curious here...

Sometimes you can tell who it is. Not that its always very obvious but I know I can tell the difference with a few couples here but writing style an how they express their opinion.

I don't meet couples so don't interact with many in pm's.

On here I don't really care who is posting so dont pay much attention to try tell if its one or the other

I don't think I'd care at all if it was done signed off by me. Once it's not getting me into trouble, although sometimes I question whether I look for trouble at times

Whatever is posted on here by us is done by whoever is stated on the post, on a very rare occasion mrs or mr might type out a message dictated by the other to post.

Yes I appreciate when a part of a couple sign who has commented just for claritys sake.

And as monty pythons said

"Yes,we're all individuals"!!!

No not at all we might (and have in the past) go on a thread and express opposing points of view. When that has happened the person expressing the opposing view has signed off the post so it's clear. Neither of us claim to represent the other in any expressed opinion unless otherwise stated. I do understand this might cause confusion as to who is replying.. but that's kinda the point. I guess its a backlash to so many folks pitching a meet idea to one of us rather than addressing us both.

Casey posts more often than I do, so if I post I usually just add an L at the end for the purpose of identification.

I couldn't get away pretending to be Casey in a million years, lol

'L'
