Hell

I used to play mtg but its hard to find other people into it.

I'm desperate to get into d&d but it's even more difficult to find a nice group willing to take a beginner.

Then you need to deal with trying to have consistent meet ups. I had a group with my housemates a few years back, we all lived together.. and it was still difficult to get everyone

If you are brand new and looking to give it a go, the online pathfinder society or the D&D adventure league are pretty good start. Every game is usually a one off scenario and they tend to help beginners quite a lot. Also mostly online which is perfect at the moment

There is a fair amount, but once you have an idea of what you want to do, you can skip a lot of the extra stuff that doesn't relate to your character, I'd recommend just reading one of the starter kit rulebooks for a quick rundown . Feel free to shoot over any questions

I play D'n'D the odd time, it's great craic! Haven't played Catan in years but it was so much fun "I've got wood for sheep!" always got me ha ha

Downloaded the mobile version of catan over the weekend. Never played the realise version.

I'd love to try D&D
