"Why would I do that "

You wouldn't, or at least you wouldn't if you had any sense.

Have you searched on android forum or somewhere like that? God be with the days when you could pop out the battery, hold down the power button for thirty seconds and start again. I have an S9 and don't know what I'd do in this situation.

Have you tried holding the power and volume down buttons together? That used to reset things on some handsets.

This hard reset worked for me. But you have to hold it down for ages. Like 20 seconds or something.

somewhere

Try a soft or hard reset ( also called a factory reset )

You lose everything but hopefully your backed up to your Google account

Youtube is great to show you what to do to complete each type of reset

Sounds like audio assistant for visually impaired. Possibley In settings screen reader etc

Check in settings, accessibility, then if any functions are in use

Try quickly pressing power and volume up at the same time to turn off features.

My phone just died last night completely after nearly two years. In fairness it fell down the toilet twice, fell on the floor many times ,screen was a bit smashed. I think I got my money's worth. I bought a new Samsung galaxy 10 this morning in Tesco , ready to go for now until shops reopen. Sorry OP can't help, it might just be at its end of the road.
