Just curious to see whats everyones favourite food is to kick start a fab day.

Mine is veggie pudding cooked for 2 r 3 minutes. Then mashed up on the pan and 4 egges whisked with a little bit of milk and added to the pan.

What u get is a lovely flavoured scramble egg mixed with veggie pudding.

Oh ya dont forget the pepper.

Then a nice glass of OJ and a stong coffee.

I'm actually from a borderline county! A tough one! I would love to drink the stuff tbh to keep me awake in work or just before the gym but my stomach turns with the smell and then the taste makes me gag as if I'm about to throw up.

When i took my profile picture i was on a 16/8 intermittent fasting diet plan. So my first meal was around 12.30 in the day. First 2 weeks of trying this my body was in an awful way. Cranky moody and starving but on week 3 i felt fine. I was surprised how good i felt and amazed how much energy i had after wk 3.

Done this diet for approx 2 months. Great way to tone up but since the lockdown ive returned to my old ways of eating all around me
