Apart from the love for our unfeathered friends on fab, I have to admit I have a fascination for the the little feathered ones currently busy mating and building nests unaware and not giving a shit about the predicament we're in

This year i have more time for the simple things in life like identifying birds through their song or watching a pair of swallows moulding a nest on the house.

I'm just bored as feck like us all, any more weirdos out there like me?

I have 3 pairs of swallows and a starling couple, all busy shitting on my doorstep

I have been making friends with a Robin in my new garden over the last few weeks..its coming within a couple of feet of me now..stating to appreciate nature again..x

Yea nature will always trump humanity.. Wildlife is starting to take over now that we are in lockdown.. Fox casually strolling up grafton Street in recent days..

I have to agree and for some reason I see a lot more busy bees than previous years.

2 sets of blue tits and a couple of great tits nesting in my bird boxes, great to see

Think the neighbours cat killed the Magpie that was getting at home in my garden

Haven't seen him in a few days and a Magpie was butchered outside

We were becoming good friends I sit having my coffee and he was eating his bugs

And yes I was getting attached we were having a little friendship

Think the bloody cats up the street got him

I've noticed a lot of bees and other flying insects recently. Im going to sow some wild flowers tomorrow and hopefully attract more

One of the most intelligent birds out there but also a predator that's quite harmful to the smaller bird population, lives of raiding nests of eggs and small chicks, hunts in packs using decoys to distract protective birds.

Beautiful bird just trying to survive
