Dream interpretation is an interesting topic, one I could no way explain but prhaps our dreams are more vivid as our lives have become more routine and dull?

Seen an article on this recently. Basically due to complete overhauls on our daily routines and lives not to mention the stress as regards dealing with living during a pandemic. Couple that with money worries for people who are out of work due to shutdowns etc. Dreams are often associated with subsconscious as our minds try to reconcile all information received during the day hence more stressful times often lead to more vivid and strange dreams

Dunboyne & Dublin

Try to keep to a routine.

I'm WFH so am up kinda normal time and daily routine is close to normal.

Yes though, I'm having dreams i can actually remember, which is unusual for me.

I've been sleeping for about 2 hours a day for the past week or so. Not tired at all, then it hits me. I sleep for 2 hours and then repeat.

Times are getting tough

I'm sleeping well. I go to bed at my normal time and have my alarm set for the morning. I go for a long walk every morning and am trying to eat well. I'm embracing my time off work so no mad dreams yet

It’s like stepping through a wardrobe and entering Narnia, a world full of adventures. Usually waking up before the best buys tough.

Trying to keep some what of a routine going but I'm definitely up later than I normally would be during the week. And I'm also having strange dreams like everyone else.

“To die, to sleep – to sleep, perchance to dream – ay, there’s the rub, for in this sleep of death what dreams may come…” (Hamlet)

This is said by Hamlet to himself when he thinks he is alone. He is asking himself if it is better to give up and die rather than facing his troubles but he is frightened that he will dream when he is dead and never get any peace from his earthly troubles. The speech starts with the even more famous “To be or not to be…” which is the ‘should I live or die?’ part.

You could count sheep I suppose, but I found counting women I've had affairs and brief flings with much more more interesting. I'm usually fast asleep before I reach number 25
