They're doing my head in at times, lol, but you got to count to 10. They're scared, and it's normal for elderly with underlying issues to fear this virus.

While it sucks big time to be away from my love, there is an upside to spending some quality time with aging parents when there's little. else to do.

Started 60 day fitness workout. Eating more food, both junk and that other stuff like fruit etc. Long term stuff that needed done round the house. Video calls to loved ones. Spending better time with people isolating with.

Aww it's true about spending quality time and reassuring them too. Had my mum caught this virus before her passing a few weeks ago, I believe it would have been a traumatic end to her instead of the peaceful passing with us all around her.

Keep up the good work, you will look back and be glad you were there
