Just having the chats about the innocent fun we used to have out playing on the road...

Few of our faves ... Tip the can.. Hopscotch... Kirbys... Elastics..Kiss chase..

Then you'd be called " 5 more mins & your in"..

Aw please... give me 10 more mins... & you'd go hiding..

There's so many cars parked on the road where my parents live that the poor kids on the road cant even see the squares...never kind play the game

Simple times

The kids on my road usually wheel out basketball hoops and play that or kerbs which is still popular

Two tennis balls, like juggling but against a wall. Each verse of the song had a different trick...plainly mama brown, then over, under, pipey...can't have just been me

Skipping and come on some has to remember the songs that were sung to some of these games

Didnt girls always sing to skipping and the one bouncing the ball against the walls.
