Don't loose hope, you will get plenty of it on these helps lines, they will chat and maybe give free counselling if that's a route one decides to use. It's just a call away professionals. | |||

"Hey man I've felt the same most of this week, all I can say is "it will pass". The only way we can handle this is one day at a time. Today may be a bad day but tomorrow is a new day. I'm trying to change my days if they aren't working. I got a workout from home thing from my gym and started today then had a walk and I feel better today than I have all week.
