So, had a meet last week and she opened the door to a glass of wine. Then I thought, "shit, I didn't bring a bottle, how rude!"

What would you say? Is this the norm? Needless to say I will from now on, just wondering on opinions.

I was dragged up correctly and unlike some on here I expect nothing. I have just been fortunate. Iraq and Afghan taught me to be appreciative of every situation.

IF i invite someone round I don't expect them to bring anything but themselves in a clean well presented manner and definitely no gifts that's not what the scene is about for me and it goes the same in reverse.
