Having been signed up to Pudsey 10k i best get back to full fitness and start off with some park runs

Last 10k was a fair few years ago :/

Does anyone attend any park runs in West Yorkshire?

I was thinking Oakwell Hall/ Dewsbury park, which others are there?

Any pros/cons?

Assuming i may need to get some off road running trainers for Oakwell hall?
