Hey guys, not particularly new to fab but would like some advice on improving my profile, what to keep, what to get rid of and what to add. Any help is much appreciated!

The two pictures are useless, they won't attract anyone. Neither give a good indication of you or even flatters you in anyway. Think about photos that do the opposite, so if you're going to show your mouth the least you should do is smile. More body shots maybe suited and booted, look at other guys profiles for ideas

Good you have plenty of text within your profile however it's all over the place. Try and structure it better first paragraph about me, second about what I bring to a meet, third more about your personality likes etc..

Take out the bit about being polite when you send a message, plenty on here will tell you about the abuse they get when they're nice, you maybe the exception but it does happen.

All in all there is an effort with your profile it just needs tidying up and better photos

Profile text is way too long - I think lot of people only read a half and then leave it..

Pictures are not appealing - I agree a smile would be nice.

I just don't get it when a man takes a selfie whilst holding his cock - with or without the pants. What's the message..?
