Hi, Over the last couple of weeks I’ve tried to be more active on here and it hasn’t paid off. I have sparked up a few conversations and I’m 100% treating it all as a bit of fun but...........Is there something off putting on my profile that isn’t glaringly obvious?

In my opinion, it’s coming over as me, me, me on your profile. I’m sure you’re not selfish, but perhaps put more into your text about what you you bring to a meet, without being too explicit, rather than just stating what you’re not in to, etc. Write as if you’re actually speaking to a prospective meet. Also, add more information about whether you’re willing to have a social beforehand, as many would consider this as a prerequisite before play.

It’s not a good profile text. Lots of stuff about what you’re not into, and nothing really about what you bring to the table. Lots of advice on here about how to correct this, but a complete rewrite required IMHO

One picture just won't cut it on here, not when your rivals are exhibiting several including face pictures.

Re-read your profile it's 'I' and 'I'm' I know previous posters have brought it up but it really needs a rewrite.

Do some research, look at other guys who have been verified, see how they sell themselves on here. Try and get some hints but don't copy

One photo is not enough. No age range set (would you really meet a 99 year old?). Just because you are photo verified, it doesn't mean you are genuine, anyone can upload a photo of anyone and claim it's them.

Very true. I had more public photos but decided to make them “friends only” to spark a bit of curiosity. Clearly it hasn’t work haha

I'm having similar problems with maintaining interest; I can start conversations, but they eventually peter off...

Hello fabbers, I have to say that don't seam to be getting much luck myself, I've re written my profile and have be quite detailed in my bio, i would love to hear from anyone on here, in particular ladies and couples if there is anything I could do to improve my profile, thank you in advance, regards Lorenzo
