Hello,

I recently started using this website and I can't quite understand what am I doing wrong.

Yes, I did read all the replies to similar topics.

Never got any replies on here. For every message I have attached a face picture. The messages were either about something mentioned in the profile description or in case the profile was empty, a more general question about preferences, fetishes.

I am confused because on dating websites I have no problem in finding people to talk with and meet.

On here 50% of my messages were not opened. 40% opened but no reply and 10% opened and deleted

Go to a club or get verified via a webcam?

Anything else could be the cock pic as profile pic. However I tried with both it on and off.. same result

Previous threads advise you look at your profile like your personal space to really sell yourself, a few lines of text & 1 dick pic don't really grab one's attention. Or you could try a club or social to get verified

Hello, OP, and welcome to the world of Fab and the forum.

You're saying you read the profile advice threads on here but surely you did not act on any of the advice given. Ok, maybe on 2 things- not to tick every single interest available, and to set the age range rather than leave it as 18-99. You completely missed the point about profile pics, as well as about your profile text being your selling window. You need to entice the person looking at your profile to actually bother responding to your message. At present, there is no personality, nothing that makes you stand out from another hundreds or thousands of guys on here. It is not an instashag site, or one full of free prostitutes that would fuck anyone and everyone. You need to put some effort in, and then you might get some results.

Why do you think you find it easier on the dating sites? Apart from the fact that women are looking for relationship there, whereas on here they can look for many different things, NSA sex being one of those things. Look at the effort you put into your profile on the dating sites (I'm assuming you still need a profile there, haven't done dating sites for ages) and compare it with here. Can you change anything, make it show your personality?

So you must have read all the replies that said don't have a cock pic as an avatar, have a good selection of pics and write an informative profile without spelling mistakes. So why didn't you act on any of this advice ?

Thank you everyone for the advice.

I personally thought my description is good in terms of what I am looking for and what I bring to the table.

The cock pic as profile picture I have only changed it a few days ago. Before I used to have a blurred face picture of me which I thought is redundant as I was sending the unblurred version via messages anyway.

I will go back to re think my profile. Thanks everyone for the responses, there is a lovely community here.

Believe it or not I put more into this profile. I have a dating profile with same pictures ( minus cock one lol) and empty description and I don't have problem getting a date there. Weird, i know.
