Average Jack has a very average profile. Read the advice as detailed above and perhaps the profiles of some of Fabs successful guys. Be yourself and sell yourself as best as you can. Otherwise you are likely to have very limited rewards.

Thanks for the advice! The status has now gone also, going to sit down and look at my profile in more depth, hopefully get my personality to come out in my profile as it is quite plain and boring at the moment

Your profile says that you don't have much spare time and can't accommodate. Might be better to add some positive comments to balance it out

The photos... Yes, they represent you, but the second one is extremely unflattering and not very attractive to look at. Maybe more photos with clothes on?
