Social media and sharing explicit content

Me and the wife have started looking into swinging, in all its forms, on another profile.

We are looking for a common social media platform where we can post what we've been up to and add pics.

Obviously it will be a private account for select people, we're aware of privacy and the pitfalls of people sharing our stuff, but are looking for a platform that a lot of people would already have in the UK.

Any ideas or experiences?

Twitter is your best bet - all the other big platforms don’t allow explicit content

I agree Twitter is a good choice - it allows explicit content and allows you to control who see’s your content.

Thanks guys, your reply means a lot. We had a cursory look at Twitter but thought it was aimed more for a short, quick status, but looks like it's changed and has a private message option as well ??

We have loads on our joint profile ??, like some couples we show our profile when we are looking and don't keep it on display to save walking into a mass of messages x

Found that a lot of the people we meet are not always logged on or leave the site so wanted a platform that most have got.

Thanks for the reply though ??

In the U.K. I would imagine Fab is by far and away the most universal platform you’ll find.

Most people keep the main stream social media platforms for their personal lives.

Totally agree with that if it wasn't for fab we wouldn't have met anyone. Like most we do keep everything a part and have seperate email and messenger account so we can communicate easier.

Intrigued that people think that contact wouldn't be possible without social media platforms & sites like this.

My introduction was back in the early 80s. No Internet then, just good old magazines such as forum, and sae letters.... Helped if you could string a sentence together though!!

The scene, "lifestyle" as it was then known as, tended to attract couples with a medium to high level of intelligence, no "Jeremy style-kyle" swingers then, they were still on their cb radios, driving their escorts and wearing shell suits!!!!

"We have loads on our joint profile ??"

How was I to know you have a joint profile ? Your single profile doesn't mention it.

Must admit without social media and the trappings my good wife would not have been brave enough to venture out, probably why there's so much more now a days as we're protected behind a screen.

No one said it wasn’t possible... just that it enabled them personally.

Personally I’d much rather be able to see the person I’m communicating with. Can’t think of anything worse than blind date meets!

And I assure you, it’s still referred to as the lifestyle!

We use I G but don't post explicit stuff as that's not really our bag.

Have managed to build up a fair few followers over a short time nonetheless
