Um...Not really sure...I just hang out in the chat rooms but don't turn on my cam unless someone wants to see

You can use any chatroom without a cam they are not compulsory, just choose the option of the cam size u may like to view then u can join any of the rooms in the list that appears after u make the cam selection. No cam is necessary.
