Thought it was about time i said Hi to you lovely lot and introduced myself formally in the hope it may attract some interest... My name is James, ive dipped my toe in a couple times but never really spent the time finding out how to get involved and meet people until it was suggested i try the forums, so here i am looking to make some friends maybe a club partner and quite frankly feeling like the odd one out not knowing where to start things off so any tips or suggestions are welcome.

The best way to get involved online is to literally get involved. There are vast ranges of topics on the forums, pick one, say your piece, move to the next. some are fun, some are shameless look at me's and some are serious. Each and every thread though will expose your personality and profile to another audience and hopefully help you to make a connection.

There are also the chatrooms, a good way to instantly interact with people, and see them in the flesh so to speak.

Not that bloke ‘Phil Inlater’ again.

He is SO lazy, if he was to attempt the World Laziness Championships, he would deliberately come fourth - so as not to have to walk over to the podium at the end!

With Fill In Later profiles, is it the protocol to check very two days to see if it’s been updated? Should you fill the missing bits in yourself? And is it ok to imagine a fit body or a neglected frame for the unseen, absent photographs?.

Come on Phil. I think we should be told!.Zzzzz...

Haha love it and very true... don't get why people write that on their profiles you're lucky if someone wants to check you out in the 1st place at least make the effort to tell people about yourself

Never been that good on the diving board but trying my best finding it difficult to find anybody with any substance tbf and like you said a lot of look at me wannabe porn stars out there so I'm just gonna keep on practicing my diving technique in the forums x
