I would like to think that it is because your profile states you are looking for couples.

So single guys like me who actually read profiles will view your profile, then not message as we know we are not what you are looking for.

Some people apply filters to block profiles with a blank avatar.

What do you mean? Mine is just the sites avatar we did have a pic but it disappeared never got round to putting a new one up and I can’t add new photos

On your profile,click on your photos and choose one as an avatar

It will instantly make your profile stand out more
