Well, I moved so I am less often in the New Forest than before.... most my time is Fareham or Lee on Solent. Anyhow, I lost the 3-stone, give us a shout... always looking for some fun.

Thanks, it was a hard decision to go lean, but not getting younger. Going to go natural this year, most people say it looks better. Hard to get used to 12-stone v 16-stone but most I care for like it... going for a tattoo instead
