I know it's pretty bad don't need to be told that, but can pple here give me advice on how to improve it, text, pics all that etc etc please and thanks

The only thing I can really offer you is some perspective.

You're looking for single women aged 18-30, which is the most sought after demographic on here. The competition is stiff (pardon the pun). There are many thousands of other single men on here that you are essentially competing against.

You have no pics on your profile, you cannot accommodate, and you haven't given any kind of description about who you are, or what you can offer someone. There is literally nothing in there that will appeal to anyone.

Women typically get a few dozen messages a day from single guys, your job is to make sure you stand out from the rest and for the right reasons.

As above. You need meaningful text and attractive pictures. Sell yourself. Right now you're pretty much blank, and there's not much worse than nothing.
