OP your ethnic origin has no bearing whatsoever on if your profile is appealing.

You profile text is well written and is better than most people who ask for a critique of their profile.

You definitely need some public photos and an avatar picture though. Many people use their message filters and block people without public pictures. I tend to ignore any contact from people with no pictures.
