Issues with account verification...

Hi all,

I uploaded a verification pic at 3pm yesterday and kept refreshing the screen to check.

It's still on the same screen.

My picture was fine, showing face, hands, name and all clear.

I have contacted admin but it's usually supposed to take an hour to verify?

What's going on?

Any help much appreciated
