hey, im back to swinging, well chatting, after having my baby girl before xmas and would like to take things further with a bi fem who can show me what ff is about, pref curvy and semi local who can accom, any takers?. Plus quick qu, how did outher women feel about swinging and sex and theyre lady parts generally after birth. Thank u all x

Can't help you regards swinging after birth as only been doing this for five years and my youngest is 20.

However, after my only natural birth I threatened to stab my husband if he touched me! I didn't want to poo scared my insides would fall out.

It took me ages to want sex with my husband, and I loved him! Then again I had a very different outlook to sex then.

I didnt swing for a while after having my last baby .. but that was because I had PND and didnt want to play with anyone my then husband found.

However, after all my kids I have only waited as long as bleeding has stopped to have sex..and it felt like the longest wait ever.. Only one that I didnt was my first as a) never had a partner and b) had 56 plus stitches lol

However, I was worried till I met my master that after having had all those kids I would be slack.. ( as an ex had constantly told me I was)

However been reassured by master and a good few meets that I am just fine..

I would say its more about sexual confidence than physical.. as we go back to normal very quick..

I used to every time I fed the babies do pelvic floor exercises..

i had pnd, so didnt want normal vanilla sex so congrats on the birth and keeping your libido

As for my bits...well i can crack walnuts so there are no complaints

Do your pelvic floor exercises and remember orgasms are excellent for exercising the muscles!

I had sex after 5 days because i stopped bleeding and then i hemarraged and had to take some tablets to stop me bleeding and wasnt allowed out of bed for about 2 weeks
