An actual message from someone to us. As others have said, it does look like a copy and paste.

In general terms, and it might make me terribly fussy, but I like to know why someone's written to me in particular. Even if it's not a copy paste, this message can (and did if memory serves) fail on that basis.

Policemen sadly do this they think the uniform is more important than them personally I avoid this sort of person.
