Hi 23 been interested in swinging for some time really want to try but quite nervous once I’m in the zone i’m fine just wondering if people felt the same at first?

Is "the zone" some new slang I've not yet heard?

I was the same the first time I tried it with a couple together - I'm most nervous with the getting-to-know-you chats.

But once clothes are off, and there's some contact, it's fine...
