I thought we are taught not to speak to strangers ,so my way of approaching a lady here to initiate a conversation at least is to send a invite. And most womem think that's rude of me anyone else finding the same here

Accepting a friends request from an unknown person gives them a peek into the more private pic stash, so you can understand why someone might want a message or two to establish attraction and mutual interest before giving access.

The only people I accept friend requests from are those I've actually met in person or have made arrangements to meet.

I loathe unsolicited friend requests, they are usually just people who want a nosy at my friends only pictures. I'm not here to provide wank fodder for anyone.

I state on my profile I will block people who send unsolicited friend requests and I always do!

We have pics in our friends only that we don't want the world to see. I wouldn't just add a random invite because it would be pointless putting them as friends only. If we haven't met or had enough conversation to plan a meet we would delete the request.

We only accept friend requests from people we have met or people we have chatted to and intend on meeting.

Our private pictures are not for everyone to see for a reason.

We tend to just ignore them if they have not even had the decency to message us first.

I just think another picture collector and ignore them. It is a lazy thing to do though sending an individual message is better.

Most people will look at your profile before reading the message, its dull and boring then thet wont reply to your message.

Sending a friend request to strangers is not good form. Ladies tend to look at your profile as well as reading your message , so maybe check your profile is interesting and tell people about why they should meet you prior to reading your message and deciding to reply.

Looks like you might need to rethink your approach .

We don't delete people's friend requests if they are sent without any contact first, leaving them unanswered stops them sending again and again, plus in a year's time when the have a friends only album worth checking out we can accept out of the blue.

If a profile that we like, and with enough pics in the friends album sends us a request we have been know to just accept.

Its an instant block from me! "I find it v creepy and strange when i recieve a friends request! Not 1 word exchange and men think ur gonna accept them yeah have a good look at my personal pics why not!! A wee hi goes a long way obv i cant talk for everyone and many will not respond to a hi but believe me its better than sending out a friends request x

Totally agree with this, although I don't block, I just don't delete the friends requests then they can't add again.

Our profile is clear,friend invites will not be accepted unless we have met,no exceptions.
