Hello"

I've never lived in Cambridge, but I have worked there.

It's a pretty city, full of exceptionally intelligent people. Get a bike for travelling around (the city centre is horrible to drive in). Also remember that London is only an hour away by train (unless they have messed those trains up too ) so you are never too far away from a big city.

Excellent! Thanks! I'll have to dust the old bike off, just got to find a place that isn't eye-wateringly expensive! Looking forward to some nicer weather (hopefully)

Welcome to a wonderful city, you’ll love it here, we are both town & gown with one of us born here and one went to Cambridge University, there is no cheap housing within 10 miles of the city btw

As for swinging a few clubs within 20 odd miles but Cambridge is dead for both the club scene and swinging in general, 99% of the time we have to travel further afield.

Thanks! I hope I do like it! Yeah, I'm finding that at the moment, oh well, cycling isn't so bad! Ah that's a shame, not to worry, hopefully I can meet a few people to show me around

St Ives is cheap enough, plus it's at the end of the busway. You can also cycle alongside it.
