Even the terms cd, tv, ts, tg can cause heated arguments and sworn emnity (unfortunately, not joking here). It can be difficult to pick suitable wording so that the people you are hoping to attract will both understand what you mean and not take any offense. Lol I could write an essay on the subject, maybe sometime I'll start a transgender 101 thread. | |||

I mainly ignore anything that is clearly unintentional, occasionally point out errors if it seems worth it. Though I have been known to go ballistic if I see something that is a clearly deliberate insult against transgender people generally.
