A bit more profile text what you like/dislike what kind of people your attracted to. A bit more about you as a person. Most couples and females read a profile before anything else. So you need to portray yourself through your profile

If you’ve been here before you’ll know the score. Lose the bit about needing discretion due to work, especially as your face is already plastered over a Swingers site for your boss to see.
