It seems to me that guys like myself NEVER get any interest from anyone except for the odd glance at my profile?

If i do send messages they are always polite and very respectful?

It doesnt do much for the self esteem or confidence when you are left feeling that you are "not attractive or muscle toned or good enough"

I am a genuine and respectful guy that what you see is what you get,
