Generally...

People don't " ask if you want to know anything

Photos should be interesting

Narrative should be interesting and clear on what you seek/offer

After all it's your shop window to sell yourself

Above all be polite

Accept with grace no reply/no thankyou

Have patience

And look at attending local social events to get out and meet people

At the end of the day people can pick and choose so stand out..

Put effort in and you may get something out... but don't expect people to fall all over you... It's a big site.
