Google to try and find a peer rope in your area as there are quite a few. These are people wanting to share their love for rope with others, normally in a hired hall and normally costing less than £10 for a session. It's the best way to learn to do things safely. Please make sure that you understand pressure points and that rope can cause irreversible damage if done incorrectly. Get to a peer rope work and then also learn from the internet.
