"As estate agents have a terrible reputation (and in some cases I can see why), I thought I'd offer my services, so to speak. Any advice you need regarding buying, selling or renting, feel free to drop me a line. Totally no catches, but hey, why should it just be tradesmen who have all the fun?! " This is a novel idea of trying to get to meet people face to face!! When you say no catches, does that mean you don't charge fees to sell the house? | |||

It was more about advice really: there are so many dodgy/incompetent agents out there, I thought I might be able to help anyone out who needed independent advice with no vested interest. See, even (some) estate agents can be nice... " No need to negotiate any fees, I have been in the industry for over 30 years. A novel way to try and meet people though! | |||
